Kate trained at the Betty Wivell Academy and Laine Theatre Arts, graduating with a musical theatre diploma and three teaching qualifications.
Kate has just finished a production of The Wizard of Oz at the Theatre Royal, Brighton, in which she was Dance Captain and understudied the role of Glinda. Additional theatre credits include: Funny Girl, choreographed by Stephen Mear (Chichester Festival); The Wizard of Oz (Mayflower Theatre, Southampton); the UK tour of 42nd Street, where she covered and had the opportunity to play the role of Anytime Annie; Prince Charming in Cinderella in Potters Bar (which she also staged and choreographed); the first UK tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang; Crazy for You (Lincoln Theatre Royal and UK tour); Peter Pan (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) in which she played the role of grown-up Wendy; and West End Laine at the Aldwych Theatre, London. Kate has modelled for a variety of magazines in addition to catwalk shows for Comic Relief (Pacha Nightclub, London); Salon International (ExCel Exhibition Centre); and the World Hairdressers Congress (Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane).
